What is the camera policy for concerts?
Camera policies are subject to change on a per show basis. For most shows, standard point and shoot cameras are allowed. Professional cameras and those with a lens larger than 2″ are not allowed. Audio and Video recording are prohibited.
Can I bring food or drinks into the venue?
Outside food or beverages of any kind are prohibited inside the Sands Bethlehem Event Center. A variety of snacks and beverages are available at the concession stands.
What is the smoking policy?
There is no smoking permitted inside the Sands Bethlehem Event Center. There is a designated smoking patio directly outside of Vision Bar.
Where is will call located?
Tickets placed at Will Call will be available for pick up at the Sands Bethlehem Event Center Box Office during normal business hours and up until show time on event days. Normal box office business hours are Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm, and Saturday, 10am-2pm.
What fees may be encountered when purchasing tickets?
All ticket purchases at the Sands Bethlehem Event Center Box Office will be subject to a $10 convenience charge. Fees incurred when ordering through a Ticketmaster outlet will vary depending on the cost of the tickets according to Ticketmaster policy.
What is the refund policy?
The Sands Bethlehem Event Center does not issue refunds or exchange tickets. All sales are final.
Are there age restrictions on shows?
Shows at the Sands Bethlehem Event Center are open to all ages. Occasionally shows are restricted to a certain age. This is designated by the artist’s management and will be clearly marked on the specific event page and at the time of purchase.
What does general admission mean?
If a show is listed as General Admission, it is standing room only for the duration of the concert. Tickets purchased will be printed with a seat and row number for accounting purposes only, but they do not apply.
How can I avoid long lines to get into the venue?

The Event Center has multiple entrances located near the Sands Casino Hotel as well as next to the Box Office located near the back hotel parking lot. The main lobby doors 2 hours before every show and the main Event Center open 1 hour before the event. It is recommended that you should arrive as early as possible to allow time to get through security.

What items are prohibited inside the venue?

The following is a list of items NOT ALLOWED in the venue.

Pepper spray/mace, guns knives or weapons of any kind, outside food/beverage, professional cameras of any kind (audio/video), Go Pro cameras, I-Pads, selfie sticks, large wallet chains, large studded belts or jewelry, backpacks and large or oversized bags, boxed items, drugs/alcohol or drug paraphernalia, laser pointers, poster tubes, signs with handles or derogatory statements, glow sticks, fireworks.
