Due to a scheduling conflict, the WOW-Women of Wrestling event, originally scheduled for Sunday March 24th at the Sands Bethlehem Event Center, has been postponed. Information regarding a newly scheduled date will be posted as it becomes available. All tickets will be honored for the rescheduled shows.
Concert FAQ’s
1. WHERE IS THE SANDS BETHLEHEM EVENT CENTER LOCATED?
The Sands Bethlehem Event Center and Vision Bar are located at the Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem. The event center is directly located adjacent to the Sands Hotel. You may enter at any of the Sands Blvd. entrances off of 3rd street and follow the signs directing you to the rear of the hotel.
2. WHERE DO I PARK?
Parking is available in the lot directly next to the event center. Parking is available at no cost to our patrons! Parking is also available in the main casino parking deck for those groups that do not have anyone under the age of 21 in their group.
3. ARE THESE CONCERTS ALL AGES?
All concerts will be all ages unless otherwise noted or stated on their artist page on sandseventcenter.com. Any persons under the age of 21 must use our main entrance that can be entered via the parking lot or hotel. No persons under the age of 21 may enter any part of the casino floor.
4. WHAT DOES GENERAL ADMISSION MEAN?
General Admissions means that there are no seats for that designated section. Entrance to a GA section is first come, first serve. In order to get close to the stage, arrive early!
5. CAN I TAILGATE WITH 200 OF MY CLOSEST FRIENDS?
There is no tailgating allowed in any areas of the Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem’s parking areas.
6. WHEN SHOULD I COME FOR MY CONCERT?
Patrons may access Vision Bar beginning at its designated opening time, generally at 4PM and enjoy a few cocktails prior to their show. Updates are on www.facebook.com/thesbec.
7. IF I AM A SANDS EMPLOYEE, ARE THERE ANY PERKS?
There are no employee discounts, special offers, or early onsale dates for tickets for Sands employees.
8. IF I AM A MYSANDS PLAYER, ARE THERE ANY PERKS?
Mysands players are able to use their earned comp dollars towards purchasing of event center tickets. Please come to our Box Office to utilize these comps. The Box office will take Mysands transactions over the telephone, but only if the comp dollars cover the entirety of the ticket price. NO SPLIT PAYMENTS WILL BE DONE OVER THE PHONE.
9. WHAT ARE THE CONVENIENCE FEES?
Convenience fees for the Box Office are $5.00/ticket. Online, ticketmaster fees can vary from $5.00- $25.00/ticket depending on the price of the tickets.
10. ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
Tickets are non-refundable unless a show is cancelled for any reason. If a show is cancelled, tickets are refunded at point of sale. If you bought over the phone or internet through Ticketmaster, tickets will be automatically refunded within 5-10 business days. Tickets purchased at the box office will be refunded at the box office.
11. DO I NEED A PARKING PASS FOR THE EVENT?
No parking pass needed, parking is free.
12. DOES THE SBEC SERVE FOOD?
The SBEC will serve concession snacks before and throughout the event.
13. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF RECEIVING SBEC EMAILS?
SBEC emails will keep you up to date on special offers, upcoming events, future shows and other general information before you visit for a concert. You may sign up on our website and choose what type of information you would like to hear about.
14. IS SMOKING PERMITTED IN THE VENUE?
Smoking is not permitted inside the venue. There is a designated, outdoor smoking area available for patrons wishing to smoke.
