The 9th Annual Lehigh Valley Food & Wine Festival
Showcases cuisine from top restaurants in the regions, offerings from vineyards and distilleries, cooking demonstrations and workshops to benefit the Northampton Community College Foundation.
Founded in 2010, the Lehigh Valley Food & Wine Festival has grown from a one-day tented event to an indoor full-weekend experience. The largest food and wine event in the region, the festival kicks off on Friday with a Celebrity Chef cooking demo featuring Emeril Lagasse. Festival sponsors enjoy an exclusive reception and dinner in Emeril’s Chop House that evening. The Grand Tasting showcases cuisine from the area’s top restaurants and wine from around the world to thousands of guests on Saturday and Sunday. Cooking demos, wine seminars and the ever popular Champagne & Spirits room are also featured.
Hosted by Sands Bethlehem in partnership with the Northampton Community College Foundation, sponsorship proceeds provide scholarship and externship opportunities, and hands-on experience for NCC’s Culinary and Hospitality students. To date, the Lehigh Valley Food & Wine Festival has raised over $1.5M.
