Scott Weiland
After making it big in the 90’s rock scene, Scott Weiland has made himself a household name with a music career lasting more than three decades. Best known for his lead vocals in two legendary rock groups, Weiland has now launched a successful solo career, adding three studio albums and a compilation disk to his credits.
His solo career discography includes the 1998 album 12 Bar Blues. His sophomore album, “Happy” in Galoshes proved Weiland’s song writing and vocal talents were stronger than ever, as he teamed up with Doug Grean (Velvet Revolver, Sheryl Crow) to produce an album that made it to #97 on the Billboard charts. In 2011, Weiland released a third solo album, a collection of cover songs. The recently announced The Purple at the Core Tour, will feature Weiland & the Wildabouts singing hits from classic albums Core and Purple. Scott & the Wildabouts are expecting 2013 to be a big year, as they plan to add additional cities across the country to their tour line up.
